About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Barista to join our team at Deloraine Delight. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a busy café setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, including espresso-based beverages.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service.
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the café and coffee preparation area.
- Operate and maintain coffee machines and equipment.
- Assist with general café duties as required.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Ensure customers have a welcoming and enjoyable café experience.

Skills and Requirements

- Previous barista experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and espresso machines.




- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good teamwork and time-management skills.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, if required.
