About the role

We're looking for an experienced, confident and passionate barista to join our team immediately through to the end of April 2027, with the opportunity to transition into a permanent part-time position. This isn't just about making great coffee. We're looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, thrives in a busy environment and understands that exceptional service is just as key as exceptional coffee.

Key responsibilities

- Manage a busy coffee station efficiently without compromising quality
- Demonstrate excellent espresso extraction and milk texturing skills
- Deliver outstanding customer service and exceptional hospitality
- Maintain strong attention to detail, cleanliness and presentation
- Take initiative and work effectively as part of a team
- Adapt and think independently to meet business needs

About you

- Proven experience as a barista with excellent espresso extraction and milk texturing skills




- Genuine passion for specialty coffee and continuous improvement
- Outstanding reliability, punctuality and work ethic
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality
- Strong attention to detail, cleanliness and presentation
- Ability to adapt, think independently and work effectively as part of a team
