Applejack Hospitality is seeking experienced bartenders to join the teams at some of Sydney's most acclaimed venues, including The Botanist (Kirribilli), The Butler (Potts Point), and Bopp & Tone (Sydney CBD).

About the Role

As a bartender, you'll play an integral role in delivering exceptional beverage and guest experiences while maintaining the high standards our venues are known for.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve premium cocktails, wine, beer and spirits to a consistently high standard
- Deliver knowledgeable, engaging and personalised guest experiences
- Develop a strong understanding of our food and beverage offerings
- Maintain exceptional presentation and organisation of the bar




- Work efficiently and confidently during busy service periods
- Uphold venue standards for service, cleanliness and professionalism
