Love beauty and skincare? Join La Cosmetique, a growing beauty retailer specialising in Korean skincare and cosmetics.

We are hiring full-time, part-time and casual Retail Sales Assistants across our Blacktown, Castle Hill, Rouse Hill, Lidcombe and The Galeries (Sydney CBD) stores.

Your responsibilities

- Deliver excellent customer service through friendly, attentive assistance and personalised product recommendations.

- Maintain a positive attitude towards learning and continuously update your knowledge of skincare, cosmetics, ingredients and new products.

- Actively engage customers, recommend complementary products and work towards individual and store sales targets.

- Attend confirmed rostered shifts reliably and on time. If illness or an emergency prevents attendance, notify your store manager promptly and follow the absence reporting procedure.

- Process transactions accurately and clearly explain promotions and offer conditions.

- Receive deliveries, replenish stock and report stock discrepancies.

- Maintain attractive displays,



accurate pricing and clean, organised testers.

- Keep the store clean, tidy and ready for customers.

- Follow store procedures, support your teammates and complete assigned tasks.

- Provide coverage at other listed stores where agreed.

What we’re looking for

- A strong interest in skincare, cosmetics and Korean beauty.

- Confident communication and a proactive approach to sales.

- Reliability, teamwork and willingness to learn.

- Weekend availability, with public holiday availability preferred.

- Flexibility to work across multiple locations where agreed.

- Retail or beauty experience preferred.
