We are seeking a skilled and motivated Boilermaker to join our team and support the design and fabrication of custom formwork systems. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with strong fabrication experience and a keen eye for detail, who enjoys working in a dynamic construction or manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the design and development of steel formwork systems
- Interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Fabricate, weld, and assemble components to precise standards
- Collaborate with engineers and site teams to ensure formwork meets project requirements
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a safe working environment
- Contribute to continuous improvement of fabrication processes

About You

- Trade qualified Boilermaker or equivalent




- Proven experience in structural steel fabrication and welding
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Experience with formwork or construction systems highly regarded
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or in a team
