If you're a Botanist, Zoologist or Ecologist and you've been wondering what else is out there, this is a good time to have a look.

We're working on a solid run of ecology roles across Perth right now, mostly with consultancies, from mid-level through to Principal and team leadership.

Ecology & Leadership

Current roles come in most weeks, so if nothing above quite fits, it's still worth getting on the radar.

What you'll need

- A degree in Botany, Ecology, Zoology or Environmental Science
- Experience in WA bioregions
- Consulting experience helps, but it's not a deal-breaker for the right person
- Australian citizenship or PR

What's on offer

It varies by client, but the things people tend to care about are covered:

- Proper flexibility, including remote working up to 5 days a week with some clients

- Paid study assistance and a personal development budget
- Paid memberships (ECA, EIANZ and similar)
- Bonus schemes and sign-on bonuses
- Option to buy extra leave, plus extra paid caregiver leave
- Structured development and the chance to work with some well-respected people in the industry

Plus the smaller stuff - dog-friendly offices, birthday leave, free parking, sundowners and the odd team breakfast.

No pressure

Most people reading this aren't actively looking, and that's fine. Have a quick chat with me about what actually matters to you, and I'll only come back when something genuinely fits. It's all confidential and nothing goes anywhere without your say-so.
