Wynnum West Bakery is looking for a reliable early riser Casual Baker to join our team

We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality baked goods to our local community, and we need someone who shares our passion for consistency and excellence

As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of breads, pastries, and signature treats

Please note you MUST be able to start as early as 1am in the morning

Key Responsibilities

- Scaling, mixing, shaping, and baking a wide range of products including breads
- Ensuring all products meet our established quality and presentation standards
- Maintaining high levels of food safety and hygiene in accordance with Brisbane City Council guidelines
- Managing bake schedules to ensure fresh products are ready for morning trade




- Monitoring stock levels and assisting with occasional inventory checks

What We Are Looking For
- Experience: Proven experience in a commercial bakery or quick-paced pastry kitchen
- Precision: Ability to follow recipes accurately and maintain consistent yields.
- Reliability: Punctuality is essential, as early starts are a core part of the role.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of food safety standards and workplace health and safety.

Efficiency: Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively to meet production deadlines Pay: From $28.00 per hour
