Cafe Rubia @ The Bower Tree in Sippy Downs is seeking a talented and motivated Breakfast Chef or Cook to join our team on a casual basis, where you'll craft delicious, high-quality meals while honing your culinary expertise in a modern and professional setting.

About the Role In this role, you will:

- Prepare and cook consistently high-quality restaurant breakfast and cafe meals and modern classic favourites using traditional techniques and fresh ingredients




- Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining excellence in presentation and quality
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace in line with food safety and hygiene regulations
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to innovate and refine menu offerings

What We're Looking For To be successful in this role, you'll need:

- Proven experience as a qualified Chef or experienced Cook in a busy casual cafe setting
- Passion and a flair for beautiful presentation
- Ability to handle multiple orders simultaneously in a rapid-paced environment
- High attention to detail and commitment to consistent quality
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently, autonomously and as part of a team
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
