About the role

Architectural Draftsperson with design experience, working on small to medium projects in the Pilbara. Working from your home office in Perth or other regions within Western Australia with a sound knowledge of the Pilbara region.

Contract position working on small to medium projects in the Pilbara.

Minimum 5 years experience in Residential, Commercial & Industrial Projects.

Essential Criteria:

- A comprehensive understanding of NCC, Australian Standards, R-codes and ability to understand Local Town Planning Schemes.

- Have a sound understanding of construction.





- Sound working knowledge and experience in AutoCAD, Revit and MS Office Programs.

- Work unsupervised on small projects.

- Capable of producing complete project documentation from Schematic Design through to Working Drawings.

- Must be able to proactively plan, manage, coordinate, track and undertake assigned project tasks efficiently.

- Be able to perform well under pressure and have the ability to prioritise workloads to meet firm deadlines.

- Attention to detail and excellent presentation skills essential.
