Business Development Executive – Digital Marketing

Location: North Sydney, Melbourne Brisbane - hybrid

Salary: Up to $90k base

About the Role

We’re looking for a driven Business Development Executive with a passion for sales and digital marketing. This role is all about hunting current business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving growth through SEO and SEM solutions.

What You’ll Do

- Prospect, cold call, and hunt for new B2B opportunities across industries.

- Engage decision-makers to understand their marketing needs and present tailored digital marketing solutions.

- Drive revenue growth by promoting SEO, SEM, and performance marketing services.

- Work closely with the marketing team to build client proposals and deliver effective campaigns.

- Maintain a consistent sales pipeline through proactive outreach and follow-up.

What We’re Looking For





- 1–3 years’ experience in B2B sales, cold calling, or hunting roles.

- Strong interest in digital marketing (SEO, SEM, paid media).

- Confident communicator with proven ability to build relationships and close deals.

- Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven.

- Team player with a growth mindset.
