THE ROLE

- Connect with real estate agents and agencies to build lasting relationships.
- Introduce Paradigm to new clients and develop preferred styling partnerships.
- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
- Build connections with developers, builders and homeowners.
- Represent our brand at meetings, events and networking opportunities.
- Nurture existing relationships and follow up potential projects.
- Contribute fresh ideas to business growth and assist with general operations.

WHAT YOU BRING

- A confident, engaging personality and exceptional people skills.
- A natural ability to connect, communicate and build trust.
- Initiative, ambition and the drive to make things happen.




- Strong organisational skills and a proactive mindset.
- A polished, skilled approach to representing a premium brand.
- An interest in property, real estate, interiors or design.
- Experience in sales, customer relations, real estate or business development is highly regarded, but the right attitude and personality matter most.
