/n AG Security Group is seeking a commercially astute and strategic Business Operations Manager to lead our corporate support functions during an exciting phase of organisational growth. /n /n This is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing Finance, administration, P&C;, IT, HSEQ, Commercial, facility management, and marketing & communications. As we continue a planned growth and expansion phase, we are strengthening our corporate capability to support increased scale, enhanced digital systems, and stronger commercial performance. /n This role offers the chance to shape the infrastructure, reporting, governance and technology capability required to support our next stage of growth. /n /n Key Responsibilities /n /n • Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams across Finance, Administration, P&C;, IT, and HSEQ /n • Provide strategic financial, operational and commercial advice and insight to the Managing Director and Executive Leadership Team /n • Deliver structured financial and operational reporting, dashboards and performance analysis /n • Oversee corporate compliance, governance and risk /n • Manage facility and plant lease arrangements /n • Coordinate IT strategy, infrastructure and security /n • Develop and execute marketing strategy including digital,
