Miimi & Jiinda is an Indigenous-owned Australian designer fashion and art label, and we’re looking for an exceptionally organised, driven and proactive individual to join our growing team.
This is a dynamic and varied role suited to someone who thrives in a quick-paced creative business, takes initiative and has a genuine passion for making things happen.
Working closely with our Chief Operating Officer (COO), you’ll play a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the business, including administration, operational coordination and team support, with additional responsibilities across social media, marketing and general business activities.

- Has exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Is an excellent communicator and collaborative team player who contributes positively to a small, dynamic team.
- Is resourceful, solutions-focused and committed to maintaining high standards across everything they do.
Experience in business administration, operations management, executive support or a similar role is highly regarded. Social media skills and an appreciation for fashion, design and branding are an advantage.
