About the Role

We are seeking a trade‑qualified butcher to join our Applecross store (inside Scutti fresh market).

We offer adaptable rosters across 7 days, with the option of a 4‑day or 5‑day full‑time week, plus part‑time opportunities. An attractive wage is available for the right candidate.

Qualifications & Experience

- Certificate III or IV in Meat Processing, or completed trade apprenticeship

- Strong retail butchery experience in a private shop environment

- Confident in tray preparation, display work, and customer service

- Able to work independently and unsupervised

- Well‑presented and reliable
