:-We're seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Barista and All-Rounder to join our cafe team! As a Barista and All-Rounder, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing high-quality beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming cafe environment.

Responsibilities: - Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages to a high standard - Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers - Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the cafe floor, kitchen, and equipment - Operate a cash register and handle customer transactions accurately - Support other team members with tasks, such as taking orders, serving food, and clearing tables - Maintain stock levels, restock supplies, and assist with inventory management - Participate in cafe promotions, events, and marketing initiatives

Requirements: - Previous experience in a cafe or hospitality environment (not essential, but desirable) - Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and handling (training provided)



- Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively - Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and move quickly - Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
