Joyride Coffee Co is looking for an absolute unicorn of a Cafe Manager for our Venue in Camberwell. We want someone who is comfortable with running the day to day of a small cafe, is able to step up, lead and inspire a small team and is able to deliver an amazing customer experience.

To be succesful in this role, you need the following skills/Traits

- Competent Barista Skills (+3 years specialty coffee experience preferred)
- Competent Food Prep Skills
- Exceptional Customer service
- Exceptional Leadership Skills
- Works autonomously and self motivated.
- Highly organised
- Has an eye for creating moments of delight with our customers.

The main tasks of the role are:

- Open / Closing the Cafe
- Ordering / Receiving Stock
- Basic management of the Till and banking
- Basic management of the Roster
- Basic management of our Events calendar
- Working closely with the owner (me) on new menu items, new S.O.P.s and rolling out staff training.
