Are you an experienced barista ready to take the next step? We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on café all-rounder with excellent coffee skills and the confidence to lead a team.

What we’re looking for

- Minimum 2 years of barista experience, making consistently excellent coffee.
- Previous experience as a head barista, supervisor or café manager.
- Strong leadership, communication and customer service skills.
- Experience managing staff and preparing rosters.
- A positive attitude and the ability to stay organised during busy service.

Your responsibilities

- Make outstanding coffee and maintain high quality standards.
- Support the day-to-day running of the café.
- Lead, train and support staff.
- Prepare rosters and coordinate shifts.




- Assist with taking orders, serving customers and all-round café duties.
- Monitor stock, assist with ordering and maintain a clean, organised workspace.
