We are looking for a friendly, reliable and motivated person to join our team at Toowoomba Coffee House.

We are a busy local café with a small team, and we need someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is happy to help with a variety of daily tasks.

This is a casual position offering flexible working arrangements, with shifts depending on business needs and staff availability.

Daily Responsibilities

As part of our café team, your duties will include:

- Greeting customers and providing friendly service
- Taking customer orders and processing payments
- Serving food, coffee and other beverages
- Clearing, cleaning and resetting tables
- Washing dishes and assisting with general kitchen duties
- Keeping the café and work areas clean and organised
- Restocking supplies and preparing workstations
- Supporting team members during busy periods
- Assisting with general café operations as needed

As a small team, we all work together and help wherever needed.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who:
- Is reliable, punctual and responsible
- Has a friendly and positive attitude




- Can work efficiently in a busy environment
- Is willing to learn and follow instructions
- Works well independently and as part of a team
- Takes initiative without needing constant supervision
- Is comfortable helping with cleaning, dishwashing and other café duties
- Can adapt to different tasks throughout the day
- Has flexible availability for weekday and/or weekend shifts

Previous experience in hospitality, retail or customer service is an advantage but not essential. Training will be provided to the right person.
