- - Your Role
- As an Appointment Setter in our Outbound Rescheduling Team, your job will be to manage and rebook appointments for our large team of consultants across Australia.
- Daily tasks include:
- • Calling clients from our existing database
- • Rescheduling online appointments
- • Speaking with clients and confirming availability
- • Coordinating bookings for consultants
- • Updating appointment details in our system




- You'll play a key role in keeping our consultants' calendars full and ensuring clients are properly scheduled.
- - What We're Looking For
- We're looking for confident communicators who enjoy speaking with people and working toward results.
- Requirements
- • 1+ years call centre experience
- • Experience in outbound sales or appointment setting
- • Robust communication and rapport-building skills
- • Good computer and administration skills
- • High attention to detail
- • Self-motivated and reliable
