We’re hiring casual bar staff for the summer season, starting in October. Hours begin at around 15 per week and increase significantly through November and December as the season picks up.
About the role
You’ll be serving members, regulars, and guests across the bar, mostly on nights and weekends. Many of our members have been coming here for years, so we’re after people who are friendly, patient, and happy to have a chat while they pour.
What we’re looking for
- Current RSA certificate
- Previous bar or hospitality experience
- A current WA Approved Manager card (highly preferred)
- An understanding of liquor licensing compliance and venue procedures (a bonus)
- Clear communication and positive common sense
- Reliability, and availability on nights and weekends
- Someone who’s happy to pitch in wherever needed
Pay and hours
- Approved managers: HIGA Level 4
- Casual bar staff: HIGA Level 3
- Around 15 hours per week in October, increasing through November and December
Job Types: Casual, Seasonal Pay: $28.00 – $40.00 per hour
