Endeavour Early Learning is a community-based, not-for-profit service looking to grow its pool of trusted casual educators to cover planned and short-notice leave.

We’re particularly keen to hear from Diploma-qualified educators, although experienced Certificate III-qualified educators are also encouraged to apply.

Versatile, ad hoc shifts – work around your availability and other commitments. Familiar centre, familiar team – we prefer to build our own casual pool rather than rely on agency staff, so you have the chance to become a known and trusted face.

Staffing above minimum ratios – helping create a calmer environment and giving educators more capacity to focus on children rather than simply meeting minimum staffing levels.

Strong staff and family retention – many of our educators and families have been with Endeavour for years, creating genuine continuity and community.

What we’re looking for





You’ll need to hold an ACECQA-approved Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, or an approved equivalent relevant to the role.

You’ll also need to

- be confident working across different rooms and age groups;
- build rapport quickly with children and colleagues;
- understand your responsibilities around child safety and professional practice;
- be reliable, adaptable and comfortable stepping into a team at short notice; and
- hold the required Working with Children and other relevant regulatory checks.
