Pawsitively Clean is a new, growing, premium residential cleaning company with a difference: we love animals! We are passionate about creating cleaner, healthier homes for pets and their families while giving back to animals in need.

We are looking for reliable, caring people who share our love of animals, take pride in exceptional cleaning services and want to grow with us.

WHAT WE OFFER

· $40/hour during paid training and assessment.

· $42/hour once qualified as a Pawsitively Clean Cleaning Professional.

· $45/hour for proven excellence.

· Performance bonuses for consistently meeting our cleaning quality, efficiency, customer satisfaction and pet-safety standards.

· Potential earnings of up to $50/hour including performance bonuses when applicable benchmarks are achieved. This is an effective hourly equivalent, not a guaranteed hourly rate.

· Superannuation paid in addition to your hourly rate.

· Weekday daytime work - no nights or weekends.

· Paid travel time between scheduled customer jobs, in accordance with applicable award requirements.

· Travel reimbursement/vehicle allowance for eligible authorised use of your own car between customer locations, in accordance with applicable award requirements.

· Paid training and assessment, including our Cleaner Manual, open-book walkthrough and practical test cleans.

· Employee referral program: receive a $150 bonus for referring a new cleaner who joins our team and completes three months of satisfactory employment. The referring employee must still be employed when the bonus becomes payable. No limit on successful referrals.

· All cleaning equipment, products and uniforms supplied.

We donate 1% of revenue from every clean to WIRES to help protect and rescue Australian wildlife.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

· You genuinely love animals and are comfortable around dogs, cats and other pets.

· You are happy to clean pet hair, litter, urine, poop and other pet messes.

· You must have your own reliable car and a valid NSW driver's licence.

· You have the legal right to work in Australia.

· You are available during weekday daytime hours.

· You are reliable, punctual and take pride in your work.

· Skilled residential/domestic cleaning experience is highly regarded; three or more years is preferred.

· You are comfortable with physical work, including bending, kneeling and reaching difficult areas.

· You have a current National Police Check or are willing to obtain one.

· You are seeking long-term work (ideally at least 12 months), not just a temporary job.
