About the role

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Chef de Partie to join our evening kitchen team. This is an exciting prospect for a chef who enjoys the pace of dinner service, takes pride in their section and wants to develop their skills alongside an experienced, supportive team.

The role is focused on evening service, with availability required for evening shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Reporting to the Head Chef, your responsibilities will include:

- Preparing and presenting dishes consistently to Manon’s quality standards.
- Managing your section efficiently throughout preparation and dinner service.
- Maintaining portion control and minimising waste through effective stock management.
- Upholding food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety standards.
- Preparing dishes with care for guests’ allergies and dietary requirements.
- Checking deliveries and ingredients for quality and freshness.

About you

You bring enthusiasm,



a strong work ethic and a genuine passion for hospitality. You will also have:
- Relevant experience as a Chef de Partie or readiness to take the next step in your career.
- A commitment to quality, consistency and presentation.
- The ability to stay organised and focused during busy service.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
- Sound knowledge of food safety and safe kitchen practices.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
