Training & Change Specialist – Transformation Program

Sydney | FTC | Industrial Sector

We are supporting a large industrial organisation undergoing operational and systems transformation.

This role will support workforce readiness, system adoption, and training rollout across frontline operational teams.

Key responsibilities

- Deliver training to operational and production workforce
- Conduct change impact analysis
- Develop training plans and learning materials
- Work closely with SMEs and operational leaders
- Support system rollout and workforce capability

Requirements

- Experience supporting operational, manufacturing or industrial workforce
- Training delivery experience across frontline teams
- Experience supporting system rollout or workforce change
- Solid stakeholder engagement capability
