As part of a major national growth strategy, the business is investing in a dedicated Channel Sales division designed to strengthen distributor partnerships, increase market penetration and accelerate future growth.

The Role

- Develop and manage relationships with established distributors and channel partners throughout Western Australia
- Conduct joint customer visits, product demonstrations, Lunch & Learn sessions and technical training programs
- Increase product penetration across existing customer accounts and identify new growth opportunities




- Work closely with internal sales teams, technical specialists and application support personnel
- Support channel partners with project opportunities, customer engagement and business development activities
- Play a key role in a newly established Channel Sales function within a national sales restructure
- Enjoy significant autonomy while helping shape the future direction of the channel strategy

The Candidate

- Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics qualification or relevant trade background highly regarded
- Experience selling industrial automation, electrical products, controls, instrumentation or related technical solutions
- Exposure selling into end users, OEMs, contractors, system integrators and/or distributor networks
- Solid relationship-building, communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Commercially minded with the ability to identify opportunities and drive long-term growth
- Experience with channel sales highly regarded
