responsibilities We are seeking a skilled Chef to manage and oversee the preparation of high-quality dishes, maintain kitchen operations, and contribute to our evolving menu. The successful candidate will work closely with the team to ensure efficiency, consistency, and adherence to food safety standards. Prepare, cook, and present meals to a high standard, ensuring quality and consistency.

Develop and execute menu items, including seasonal specials,



in line with customer preferences and industry trends. Monitor kitchen stock levels and assist in ordering supplies, ensuring cost-effective management. Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and workplace health & safety regulations at all times.

Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring efficient workflow. Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple orders simultaneously. Minimise food wastage and maintain portion control May be responsible for hiring and training staff.

May also handle the freezing and preservation of foods. Qualification &

experience Minimum Certificate IV in Kitchen Management/Commercial Cookery. At least 1 year of full-time experience as a Chef in a fast-paced restaurant/Café.
