Meninas Grill WSkyR Pty Ltd t/a Meninas Grill, Perth's Spanish Restaurant & Steakhouse, High Gate in Western Australia, is seeking talented and passionate Chefs/Chefs de Partie to join our growing team on a full-time basis.

responsibilities Lead and manage kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and taste. Create and execute innovative menu items while maintaining authenticity and integrity of Spanish cuisine. Oversee food preparation, cooking, and plating to meet customer expectations and enhance dining experience.

Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and support to foster a positive work workplace. Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to optimize food quality and minimize waste. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in accordance with health and safety regulations.

Collaborate with management to develop seasonal menus, specials, and promotions.



Monitor kitchen equipment and coordinate maintenance as needed. Qualification &

experience Proven experience in a high-volume restaurant environment, preferably with expertise in Spanish cuisine. Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor kitchen staff.

Creativity and passion for food, with a keen eye for detail and presentation. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
