Community Arts Network
Western Australia
Are you the next leader of Western Australia’s foremost community arts and cultural development organisation?
With a 40 year history of partnering with communities across the state to co-create powerful, community-led art, Community Arts Network (CAN) is seeking a CEO to lead us as we continue to develop our work with communities, sharing stories, histories and experiences that have been hidden, ignored or unrecognised.
Guided by First Peoples first principles and the leadership of our Aboriginal Advisory Group, our work is grounded in a fundamental commitment to social justice, self-determination and the transformative power of arts and culture.
You are a dedicated and passionate leader with experience across the Australian creative and cultural sectors. A excellent communicator, stakeholder engager and team leader,
you are committed to ensuring equity, diversity, self-determination and innovation are part of your practice and ways of working.
You will have held CEO or executive level roles in the past and have been actively engaged in the arts throughout your career.
At CAN you’ll be working alongside a great team, exceptional artists, dedicated arts workers and vibrant communities to shape a future in which creativity drives social and cultural change across Western Australia.
