Job Type: Full time Overnewton Anglican Community College in Melbourne's north-west is seeking an experienced Director of Human Resources to lead strategic people and culture transformation, talent acquisition, workforce planning and staff development across the College.

Reporting to the Principal, the role shapes enterprise agreements, safety systems, and organisational change; you will build trusted relationships with staff, support a values-driven culture, and guide the College through a period of evolution.
