As our Centre Chef, you'll play an essential role in making those experiences possible!

What You'll Be Doing

As our Centre Chef, you'll take pride in creating fresh, nutritious meals that our little learners will love!

Your responsibilities will include

- Preparing and serving delicious, nutritious meals and snacks for children aged six weeks to six years.
- Planning and delivering seasonal rotating menus that meet children's nutritional requirements.
- Managing dietary requirements, food allergies and intolerances with care and attention to detail.
- Maintaining excellent food safety, hygiene and kitchen cleanliness standards.
- Managing food ordering, stock control and kitchen organisation.
- Working collaboratively with our educators and leadership team to create positive mealtime experiences for children.





What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who brings enthusiasm, creativity and a genuine passion for cooking!

Ideally, you'll have:

- A relevant culinary qualification and experience in a professional kitchen.
- A current Food Safety Supervisor Certificate and sound food handling knowledge.
- Experience preparing nutritious, balanced meals and accommodating dietary requirements.
- Strong organisation and time management skills, with the confidence to manage a kitchen independently.
- A current Employee Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain one.
- A positive, team-focused attitude and commitment to child safety.
