About the Role:

As our Client Relations Representative, you’ll be a key point of contact for our clients, ensuring they feel supported, informed and valued throughout their journey with Certainty Wealth.

Working closely with our internal teams, you’ll build strong client relationships, manage enquiries and ensure a seamless client experience.





Key Responsibilities:

- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Responding to client enquiries and providing exceptional customer service.
- Proactively following up on outstanding client matters.
- Working with internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience.
- Maintaining accurate client records and updating CRM systems.
- Identifying opportunities to improve the client experience.

About You:

Ideally, you’ll have experience in customer service, client relations or administration. Experience in property or finance is a bonus, but a great attitude is what matters most!

- A natural people person who loves building relationships.
- Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Highly organised with outstanding attention to detail.
- Proactive, motivated and able to manage competing priorities.
- Confident using computer systems and learning new processes.
- A team player who takes ownership and gets things done.
