About the Role

Join Homestyle Aged Care as our Client Services Officer (East) and help prospective residents and their families navigate the aged care journey. This varied role combines customer service, admissions, relationship management, administration and occupancy support across our five eastern region homes across (Berwick, Cranbourne, Bayswater and Rowville). You will conduct tours, manage enquiries, prepare admission agreements and develop strong referrer relationships within the community.

If you are a motivated and people-focused professional with experience working to targets and KPIs, we'd love to hear from you. This is a 5-month maximum-term contract from mid-November 2026 to mid-April 2027.Benefits and Culture

- Attractive salary package of $90,000 - $95,000 + superannuation (pro rata for this 5-month maximum-term contract), dependent on experience.

Essential Requirements

- Current and valid police check
- Vaccination certificate
- Experience in customer service, sales, or admissions ideally within aged care, healthcare or related industry.
- Sales experience including working to budgets and targets
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and customer management systems
