Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service:
- "Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all customers."
- "Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues professionally."
- Barista Skills:
- "Preparing and serving a range of coffee beverages with precision and consistency."
- "Maintaining high standards of coffee quality and cleanliness."
- "Knowledgeable about coffee and beverage preparation techniques."
- Supervisory Duties:
- "Managing staff, ensuring efficient operations."
- "Training and mentoring new employees
- Maintaining stock levels."




- "Implementing strategies for customer satisfaction and profitability."
- "Adhering to all food safety and quality regulations."

Requirements/Qualifications:
- Experience:
- "Minimum 2 years supervisory experience
- "Minimum 1 year of barista experience."
- Skills:
- "Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills."
- "Excellent communication and customer service skills."
- "Ability to lead and motivate a team."
- "Passion for coffee and hospitality."
- "Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced environment."

Permanent Part-time or Full-time, one day on weekends required. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $27.00 – $48.89 per hour
