Early Collections Representative – 6-Month Contract
Location: Scoresby, VIC
Salary: $41.42/hour + Super
Roster: Hybrid (2–3 days in office), Mon–Thurs 8:30am–7:00pm, Fri 8:30am–6:00pm
About the Role:
Join a dynamic team supporting customers through various stages of their car loan journey. Responsibilities include handling general account enquiries, refinancing, insurance and roadside assistance sales, and early collections . The role demands high-quality customer service with a focus on first-contact resolution.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in collections or financial hardship.
- Alternatively, solid call centre/customer service background
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfortable working with systems/CRMs
