The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing a well-organised portfolio of industrial, retail, and office commercial properties.

The ideal candidate should have the following qualities:

- Previous experience in property management (residential or commercial)
- Exceptional communication skills
- Proficient computer skills




- Familiarity with Cirrus 8 is advantageous but not mandatory
- Assistant Agent Qualification or a Licensed Real Estate Agent
- Familiarity with property software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Solution-oriented approach
- Possession of a valid driver's licence and a car
- Friendly and approachable demeanour
