ASSISTANT COMMERCIAL PROPERTY MANAGER | SYDNEY CBD | $85K–$90K PACKAGE A genuine career-growth chance has become available with a rapidly growing tier-two commercial property advisory and management group based in Sydney CBD.

This role would suit someone with established experience in commercial property management, property administration or lease administration who is looking to take the next step into a more client-facing property management role.

The role covers a quality portfolio of B-grade retail and commercial assets across Sydney’s Inner West, North Sydney and Bondi Junction, with a balance of time in the office and out on the assets dealing with tenants, contractors and other stakeholders.

Reporting directly to a highly regarded Property Director known for supporting and developing talent,



this is an opportunity to build property management capability while taking on increasing responsibility across the portfolio.

We’re looking for:

- Commercial property experience, ideally with some lease administration exposure
- Strong communication and attention to detail
- Someone confident dealing with tenants, contractors and clients
- NSW real estate licence/registration, or a willingness to obtain it
- MRI or Cirrus 8 (C8) experience is advantageous, but not essential

A property degree isn't essential, it is more about attitude, capability and a genuine desire to develop a commercial property and asset management career.
