This is a great prospect for Commis Chefs to experience working in an award-winning kitchen. Work closely with senior chefs and ensure the highest standards of quality, consistency and efficiency of your section.

The Ideal Candidate Must Have:

- Experience as a Commis Chef in a high-end restaurant
- Strong culinary skills with an eye for detail and a passion for quality
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure
- Team oriented and strong communication skills
- A proactive attitude with a commitment to maintaining high standards
- Eye for detail and strong time management
- Knowledge food safety standards
- Genuine interest in the day-to-day operations
- Qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite




- Availability to work a rotating roster including weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
