IT Alliance seeks Lead Content Designers for a major Australian government program. You will design, write and review Workforce Australia content across web, notifications and apps, with a focus on UX writing, web writing and explicit communication.

Roles are hybrid across QLD, WA, ACT, VIC, NSW, NT, SA and TAS, working with stakeholders to improve user experience. You will mentor staff, collaborate in agile teams using Azure DevOps, and help ensure content meets WCAG 2.1 and Government Style
