Estia Health Croydon North is seeking a Residential Aged Care Manager to lead a dedicated team and deliver high‑quality, person‑centred care in a newly acquired home in Melbourne’s east. You will report to the Regional Manager and shape a warm, supportive setting for residents, families and staff.

In this role you will drive quality care, manage operations, and foster a positive workplace culture while ensuring smooth day‑to‑day running and compliance across shifts.
