About the role
As a Community Support Worker, you will provide person-centred support to older people in their homes and within the community. - Work collaboratively with Registered Nurses and other members of the care team, escalating clinical concerns appropriately.
About you
You are a caring, patient and dependable person who takes pride in making a positive difference in the lives of older people.
You understand that quality care is about more than completing tasks. It is about listening, building trust, respecting individual choices and helping people feel comfortable and supported in their own homes.
You will also have
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
- A respectful, professional and person-centred approach.
