Role Description This full-time, on-site Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Machine Operator role at Miles Plastics is based in Sunshine Coast, QLD. The CNC Machine Operator sets up, programs, and operates CNC machinery to produce plastic components to specification, following technical drawings and work orders. Qualifications

- Strong skills in Machine Operation and CNC Machining, with experience setting up and running CNC equipment.
- Ability to handle a range of machinery used in plastics manufacturing.
- Experience with Quality Control, including measurement, inspection of parts, and adherence to specifications and standards.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, work instructions, and measurement tools (e.g., calipers, gauges).
- Commitment to workplace safety, housekeeping, and compliance with manufacturing procedures.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work cooperatively in a team-oriented production setting.
- Previous experience in CNC operation or plastics manufacturing preferred; relevant trade qualification or vocational training is beneficial.
- Experience with Enroute, Autocad or similar software
