As a Concierge at Expert Hearing Care, you will be responsible for leading our team in the Floreat store to drive recent leads and promote the importance of hearing health. Responsibilities





– Initiate conversations about hearing health with potential customers to generate current leads

– Guide customers through the hearing screening process from start to finish

– Support Store Manager by scheduling and following up appointments

– Meet daily and monthly lead generation targets

Qualifications

– Entry-level experience in retail, sales or healthcare industry

– Excellent communication skills

– Strong organizational abilities
