About the role

You will work across a variety of civil concrete projects between north Brisbane and Gympie, carrying out concrete construction works as part of an experienced team.

Key responsibilities

- Concrete placement, finishing and screeding

- Formwork and stripping

- Steel fixing and reinforcement

- Slabs, pits, footings and other civil concrete structures

- Reading plans, levels and construction details

- Setting up and preparing works prior to concrete placement

- Working safely around plant, equipment and other trades

- Checking completed work to ensure it meets the required standard

- Assisting and guiding less experienced team members where required

About you

- Previous concreting experience

- Strong understanding of concrete construction practices

- Construction White Card

- Current driver's licence

- Ability to work safely and follow site procedures

- Ability to work effectively within a team

- Good communication and attention to detail

- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic

- Experience with civil infrastructure, pits,



slabs, structures, formwork and reinforcement will be highly regarded
