In this role, you'll:

You will ensure configuration and asset data remains accurate, governed, and up to date across the technology environment.

You will maintain the CMDB, document current-state environments, review configuration changes, and work with IT tooling teams, service providers, and stakeholders to ensure impacts, dependencies, and risks are clearly understood.

Operating in a complex environment, you will coordinate updates across multiple internal and external providers, balance competing priorities, and deliver high-quality outcomes within tight timeframes.

You will also support technology rationalisation, apply IRE rules and governance controls, and drive continuous improvements that maximise value while minimising complexity.

About You

You bring experience in configuration management, CMDB governance,



asset management, and IT service management practices.

You have worked with integrated IT toolsets, maintaining accurate configuration data and improving data quality across complex technology environments.

Your ITIL certification, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and a continuous improvement mindset will enable you to drive effective governance and operational outcomes.
