/n Shed Bonanza, a leader in the Victorian construction and engineering field for over 43 years, is actively looking for a Contractor Coordinator. This critical role melds project management, technical support, and inter-departmental coordination, serving as an essential link between various teams, contractors, and compliance requirements. /n /n Responsibilities: /n /n Project Coordination: /n /n Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables. /n Utilise Probuild or similar project management software to monitor project performance and timelines. /n /n Technical Support: /n /n Assist in the preparation and review of technical drawings and specifications through AutoCAD and Revit. /n /n Vendor & Contractor Liaison: /n /n Manage relationships with subcontractors and suppliers. /n Ensure timely and on-budget completion of projects. /n /n Regulatory Compliance: /n /n Ensure all projects meet regulatory standards and codes. /n Coordinate closely with our Building Permits team for compliant and smooth project completion. /n /n Administrative Duties: /n /n General administration including meeting minutes, customer complaints, and inter-departmental communications. /n Serve as the primary point of contact among various departments to ensure smooth operations. /n /n Qualifications &

Competencies: /n /n A minimum of 5 years of experience in coordination or project management in the construction sector.
