The successful applicant will be responsible for developing, creating and publishing engaging digital content across social media, websites and other online platforms. The role will support brand awareness, audience growth and customer engagement through high-quality written, visual and video content.

The position requires strong creative skills, an understanding of digital marketing and social media, and the ability to manage content from concept and production through to publishing and performance monitoring.

responsibilities Develop and implement digital content and social media strategies to increase brand awareness, audience reach and online visibility. Create engaging and relevant written, photographic, graphic and video content for social media, websites and digital marketing campaigns. Plan content concepts, themes and campaign ideas in line with brand objectives and target audiences.

Write and edit captions, articles, website copy and other digital marketing materials. Capture and edit photographs and video content for use across digital platforms. Manage, schedule and publish content across multiple social media accounts.

Maintain and regularly update website and digital platform content.



Monitor social media and website performance metrics, including reach, engagement and audience behaviour. Analyse content performance and recommend improvements to increase engagement and effectiveness.

Research current social media, digital marketing and content trends and incorporate relevant trends into content planning. Maintain content calendars and coordinate publication schedules. Ensure digital content is consistent with brand guidelines, messaging and visual identity.

Collaborate with clients, management and other stakeholders to understand content requirements and campaign objectives. Assist with developing media kits, promotional materials and other digital marketing assets. Coordinate content production from initial concept through to final publication.

Maintain organised libraries of digital assets, images, videos and marketing content. Monitor audience feedback and engagement and support appropriate responses across digital platforms. May collaborate with influencers, creators and other external partners to develop content and increase brand reach.

Qualification &

experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Digital Media,



Journalism or a related discipline is preferred. Alternatively, substantial relevant professional experience in digital content creation, marketing or social media may be considered. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in content creation, digital marketing, social media management or a related role. Strong content writing, photography, video and digital media skills.

Experience creating content for social media and websites. Knowledge of social media platforms, digital marketing trends and audience engagement strategies.

Experience with content creation and editing software will be highly regarded. Strong creative, communication and organisational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and content deadlines. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
