The Opportunity

Our client is seeking a Conveyancing Clerk to join its residential conveyancing team on a full time basis. The team acts for clients buying, selling and transferring residential property across Queensland, and is known for a personal approach and a strong record of client reviews.

Key Details

- Work type: residential sales, purchases and transfers across Queensland
- Location: Brisbane CBD or Ipswich office

- Hours: full time
- Remuneration: $85,000 plus super (negotiable)

About You





- Experience in Queensland residential conveyancing as a clerk, paralegal or assistant
- Familiar with Queensland contracts, Form 1 transfers, searches and settlement processes

- Experience with PEXA settlements
- Organised and comfortable managing settlement dates across a busy file load
- Clear, friendly communication with clients, agents, lenders and the other side
