SunPork Group is seeking an experienced Group Payroll & Compliance Manager to lead payroll delivery, governance and compliance across its multi-site Australian workforce. Reporting to the CFO, this senior role oversees payroll governance, contemporary awards, enterprise agreements, Fair Work compliance and payroll risk.

The successful candidate will manage a payroll team, drive system improvements, and partner with Finance, HR, and operations to ensure accurate, timely payroll and strong governance
