Boeing Defence Australia is seeking an Operations Team Lead to manage the Wakulda Operations Support Team embedded with the Royal Australian Air Force. You will coordinate daily activities, lead the 24/7 scheduling, and ensure mission readiness of the Air Battle Management system in a high-tempo setting.

In this role you will bridge RAAF operational units, Boeing Engineering, and Defence customers, driving maintenance workflow, escalation processes, and KPI-driven performance.
