Ricoh Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to join our Microsoft Cloud & Managed Services team. In this hands-on role, you will blend Level 3 technical expertise, project delivery, and technical leadership to support a diverse portfolio of managed services customers across cloud, infrastructure, security, and contemporary workplace technologies.

You will act as the senior escalation point, manage Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Entra ID, and endpoint environments, and lead projects
